Best Degree Works

According to the provisions of Agreement 070 of 2009 of the Academic Council, the degree works of the investigative work modality may participate, if they comply with the following criteria:

• To have a grade of 5.0 (five point zero) or to have earned an award in national or international events, and to have been qualified during the year 2019.
• To be considered, in the opinion of the School Council, a prominent contribution to knowledge, artistic creation, technical or technological innovation in the area in which it was developed.
• To be an expression (written, auditory or visual) of publishable quality in the opinion of the School Council.

The authors must register in the Secretariat of the corresponding School, delivering the following documentation in print and digital media

1. Registration form completed Completed, available here here.
2. Opinion of the Director of the work degree Letter mentioning the outstanding elements that make this a work of excellence, or certification of the award received in a national or international event.
3. Copy of the degree work
4. Executive summary Short text in which the problem, the methodology, the results, the discussion of results and the fundamental bibliography are presented in brief and precise terms, without exceeding five pages. For the Arts and Music Works, the text must explain what the creation consists of and how it was achieved; you can attach video and audio materials..

The documents must be delivered to the corresponding School secretariat.
